a sophisticated look and feel - but not much as to negate the user’s
ability to find information quickly.
Each custom web site design project is broken down into three phases
so that we can carefully manage the process: Defining Scope of Project,
Implementation, Testing and Launch. Core creative services include
the following:
Phase One - Defining Scope of Project
- Developing a detailed proposal for our clients which clearly
spells out the design parameters and business case rules for the
web site; then, develop a graphical drawing of the web site to
review for approval before we move to HTML.
- Creating a graphical design which integrates our client’s
online brand with their offline/traditional marketing.
- Developing a User Interface and menu structure which enable
the user to easily understand how to find information via the
web site.
- Hosting the client’s web site on our dedicated server
and/or helping the client setup a relationship with a third party
hosting.
Phase Two - Implementation
- Writing content that is compressed, to the point, with short
sentences and lots of white space in the text to minimize eyestrain
for the user.
- Deploying customized PHP, CGI scripts and/or MySQL database
apps to enable online registration, a link resources page and/or
other specialized processes required by our clients.
- Providing design templates for the client at the completion
of our project and any other graphics designs we have created
that might be considered intellectual property.
Phase Three - Testing and Launch
- We test the web site on our server (or the client’s) utilizing
different resolution settings and browsers for design integrity
and review with the client before taking the site “live.”
